Positive Experiences

  • Admittedly it may be a bit too early to write a full review, as I’ve only used the product once. However, I loved it. It’s extremely simple to use, cleans up fairly easily, and does just what it says.
  • Such a great way to sub out healthy veggies for starchy carbs/grains. The mini cookbook included shows a quick how to for several veggies and cooking styles (skillet, microwave, boiling, etc.)
  • It’s great, love the zucchini and summer squash noodles, I have used with marinara and curries. Best flavor was stir frying first then adding sauces and simmering. It’s manual so it can be a work out depending on what veggies you use.
  • I still can’t believe the taste and texture of my newest favorite dish. Since removing pasta from my diet, I’ve missed something like this. Now I can have a full plate and its all veggies.

Negative Experiences

  • This is a piece of infomercial junk! Destroyed vegetables instead of spiraling them – once the skin off a vegetable is gone there isn’t enough friction generated by the circular action to keep the insides together, it just turns them into pulp which gets stuck inside the device instead of coming out as a strand.
  • Very flimsy gimmicky gadget. Looked difficult to clean and sharp without safeties.
