Care/Cleaning Instructions

  • The Pressure Pro must be cleaned thoroughly after each use in order to avoid a buildup of food or cooking residue in the unit and to ensure that the safety devices operate correctly.
  • Unplug the unit and allow it to cool before cleaning.
  • Wash the removable inner pot with warm soapy water. Use a sponge or non-metallic soft brush. Rinse and dry thoroughly with a clean cloth.
  • Wipe the housing unit with a soft, clean cloth. Do not submerge in water or spray water on it.
  • Be sure that the bottom around the heating generator is wiped with a soft, damp cloth and dried thoroughly after each use.
  • Remove the Lid Liner/Seal Ring from the lid. Rinse the inner side of the lid with water as well as the Floater Valve and Steam Vent.
  • DO NOT pour cold water into a hot Pressure Cooker

Positive Expreiences

  • Just used first time cooked large gammon joint it took 25mins and it fell apart on the plate. Saves on time and power, no need to keep watching pot no spills no mess just perfect. Can’t wait to try more dishes.
  • Just bought this and used it for the first time today. It’s everything they say and more. I made a family sized curry in 25 minutes and it was delicious tender meat and sweet veggies. Absolutely does what it says on the jar I can’t speak highly enough of it. My advice BUY ONE.
  • Best buy ever, use it all the time cook’s anything, I’m not a good cook, but got to say yum.

Negative Experiences

  • Cubed a good roast, cooked it for 7 minutes and it came out like rubber. The lid is a real pain to clean and so is the inter lip. Very poor instructions for operation and cleaning.
  • It is too heavy and small inside
