About Micro Touch One Razor – As Seen on TV

The MicroTouch ONE Razor is the modern version of the timeless classic razor promoted by Rick Harrison from the TV show Pawn Stars through As Seen on TV infomercials. For almost 100 years most professional barbers accept the single blade shaving method as the most accurate way to shave. The Micro Touch One Razor is featuring a standard length handle and all around solid construction made of chrome-plated solid brass, which gives this razor some weight to it. It’s basically designed to weight a little heavier so that men don’t use too much pressure and cut themselves and is advised to practice holding it so that way your hand can get use to it. The double sided razor blades that are featured on Micro Touch One are claimed to be safer and easier to use than multi-razor shavers that are popular on the market today, because if used properly as directed, the single blade can perform much better than most double edge razors that are out there at the right shaving angle.

It’s always best to fallow the opinions of actual users that have purchased and used the Micro Touch One Razor. Further down on this page you can find both sides of the Micro Touch One Razor experiences that we brought to you, to help you make the right choice for yourself about this product.

Positive Experiences

  • I wanted to try a safety razor because the refills on the 4 to 5 razor blades are really expensive. This model is nice, easy to load & clean, & the blades are really sharp. They are much sharper than the blades I have been using. With this razor, I just take my time when shaving & let the weight of the razor do the work. I am not getting cuts & scrapes like I was when I first started using it. Razor blades are so much cheaper with these models & last a lot longer. They are well made & good quality steel that will last a long time. So if you are looking for a better shave, at a much lower cost, try a safety razor. Highly recommend them.
  • My husband has such sensitive skin so buying him a very good razor is important. He said this razor gives a better result then any razor he has bought to date and it doesn’t cause his skin to get terribly red like all the others he has tried. We both love the fact that it is a hell of a lot cheaper to get the blades then it is to buy disposable razors.
  • Ordered this for my boyfriend because he wanted to try it. He absolutely loves it. He gets a very smooth shave and says it doesn’t “pull” when his hair is a bit longer like the multi-blade razors did. He cut himself a few times on the first couple uses but seems to have the hang of it now.

Negative Experiences

  • I thought this razor would be great, but it’s not. Don’t’ waste your money. It was not smooth, cut up my husbands face terribly. We would not recommend this razor to anyone. It’s too bad because we really expected more.
  • Too short handle and light weight make for one of the terrible purchases I’ve made.
  • It was great while it lasted. I have had two razors break on me. They sent me one replacement then said my warrantee was done. I will not spend the money to get another one. I will look for a better quality one. It is very cheaply made.
