Positive Experiences

  • I just bought this Abs Trainer and compared it to my AB Carver Pro. I put it through my regular work out and I was instantly impressed. I ripped out 60 planking repetitions with nice fluid motion. It rolls out easy you can change directions and really work those sides. At 61 years of age this little wheel is taking me to an intense level of working out. I like it a lot.
  • This is the only exercise I do for my abs, really efficient. Speed Abs is good product for the value, quality feels good and reliable. Internal Spring system is something special you cannot compare this product and a regular abs wheel.
  • I have been using Speed Abs since Dec 2013 and I have seen great results so far, my core feels stronger, tighter, and I can see definition taking place, but you must use it at least 4-5 times a week.

Negative Experiences

  • I got this wheel as a test before potentially buying a larger order for the martial arts school I teach at. I initially liked the handles and the wide wheel, but disliked the interior metal coil that drives the wheel. The metal coil makes this exercise significantly easier than using a standard abs wheel which could have been beneficial for newer students that aren’t quite in shape to do the full movement with a standard wheel, but I personally did not like the decrease in difficulty. I could have looked past these issues, however the metal coil inside can only rotate to a certain extent, the very first time this wheel was used by a taller student (roughly 6’5″) the wheel rotated past its range of motion and broke.
  • The wheel broke within a few uses of it, the wheel gets more tension as it rolls out but mine would rotate freely and not give the right workout.
