 Positive Experiences

  • It works if you follow directions. This Product totally works, just make sure you use a few coats and don’t just load it on all at once or only use 1 coat. use a few good coats and it will seal the leak. I purchased a pre-formed pond that had a crack & it looked like they tried to seal before but still had slight leakage. I removed all previous glues & just sprayed a few coats of this flex seal and the pond no longer leaks at all, completely sealed it up.
  • Flex Seal worked as I had hoped. I am happy to report that the flex seal Spray did work as I used it to seal a crack in a rooftop. I would be happy to advise the use of this product. I will be making more purchases.

Negative Experiences

  • DO NOT buy this! This is by far the WORST product I have ever bought! First of all it does not stop any leaks and second it makes a gigantic mess! I sprayed a gutter above our pool and all it did was glop up and then drip all over the patio and pool! It does not come out! It ruined our patio and brand new pool vacuum that was in the pool. Do not buy this product! I would not use it again to save my life.
  • Spraying it stinks bad chemicals and the spray comes out in cobwebs. Save your money this stuff is a joke. I tried to fill in a maybe 1/64″ crack in a water fountain, I went to an extreme to seal the outside with tape to prevent seal leakage until dry, yes it was removed and thoroughly dry. Sprayed over many times and let it cure 24 hrs. Guess what? The minor crack never sealed at all. Just go to your local hardware store and buy caulking appropriate to your material. And spraying it stink’s bad chemicals and the spray comes out in cobwebs. I should have read the negative reviews first.
