I love Fitbit!!! My new Charge motivates me to meet the fitness goals I have set on the Fitbit website. On the website you can also log your calorie intake with most of the foods already in Fitbit’s database. There have been times I have gone to bed and checked Fitbit. I would see that I was just a few steps away from 10,000 steps so I would get up and walk to make that happen!!
Amazing band, I like it much more than the jawbone! It is hard to believe how much it motivates me to keep moving! The 10,000 step goal and 10 flights of stairs make me want to get up and first thing in the morning – get it out of my way and reach my goal and it’s not hanging over my head… Love the easy auto sinking with my iPhone! All in all great product, worth every penny!
Love this thing! I had no idea I would be so motivated to take more steps each day or take the stairs more often, but having the Fitbit really makes a difference! I also enjoy examining my sleep patterns.
I love using my Fitbit Charge, but unfortunately it’s not durable. The button on the side, which changes the display, falls off within 1-2 months of use. I’m actually on my second tracker – the button fell off my first tracker within 1 month, and it just fell off my second one within 2 months. Luckily I saved my receipt and REI has a generous return/exchange policy. I won’t be exchanging for a new Fitbit Charge – I may consider a different Fitbit tracker.
Doesn’t track sleep. Over counts steps. Fitbit support said to use the stopwatch function to time my sleep and then enter it manually. My phone has a stopwatch. Days where I know I didn’t walk 7000 steps because I spent it in driving in a car it recorded almost ten thousand steps. Why would I need to buy a fitness tracker if it can’t accurately track sleep or steps.
This is my 4th Fitbit and so far I’m very disappointed. I’ve had to reset it three times in two days. It stopped logging steps, stairs and active minutes. I quit trying to use the all day synch with my iPhone 6 since it kept losing the Bluetooth connection. Not ready for prime time.
