Positive Experiences

  • I grinned with pleasantly surprised satisfaction as the pale, sweet wine flowed across my tongue. “Nice,” I smiled. I was quite pleased with the White Zinfandel and went on to sample the Pinot Grigio and the Chardonnay. I can confidently attest to the fact that anyone who enjoys a fine, pleasant wine will enjoy Copa Di Vino Wine by the Glass. I am looking forward to serving it to friends at my next get together. Now everyone can have their choice of wine without having to drink one type of wine from one bottle at a time. We have convenience, novelty and good taste; Copa Di Vino is a wine whose time has come.
  • Copa di Moscato, The nose is benign.  Dried, candied pineapple.  A very sweet wine with little balance, it’s cloying.  Reminds me of fruit cocktail syrup.  It’s basically a high-octane juice box.  But I can see folks who like sweeter wines enjoying this.

Negative Experiences

  • Copa di Pinot Grigio, Smells like absolutely nothing.  Wait.  As it warms up, it smells like the cheese department at the grocery store.  Flavor is a tart green apple with herbal notes.  And a weird metallic finish.  Seriously.  Like chewing on aluminum foil.
  • I hate White Zinfandel.  It doesn’t matter who makes it or how cute the cup is, it’s awful.  And I didn’t want to wreck my palate upfront.  Surprisingly, I don’t dislike this as much as I do the Merlot and the Cab.  It just tastes like rotten guava juice.
