Positive Experiences

  • This book is well worth the money, even for someone who has been on the bulletproof diet already for over a year. It has clear, concise, and easy to understand explanations for all the key body systems underlying the diet and all the important parts of making the diet work for you.
  • One of my favorite parts of the book is the chapter on recipes. The first one I made was the No Coffee Vanilla Latte which I thought sounded pretty gross when reading the ingredients… I mean hot water and butter? Wow, it is shockingly yummy. I’m blown away. Needless to say I’m excited to try many of the other recipes and have scheduled to tray about 5 or 6 of them this week alone (tonight I’m making his meatballs, creamed vegetables, and honey mustard dressing). I will report back on them once I do. I’m inspired.
  • I am a fan of Bulletproof coffee, and I do think the book has a ton of info and is well written.
  • I have read the immensely informative, witty book and I have applied all the principles of the Bulletproof diet. I am steadily losing weight but most importantly my mental clarity has increased significantly. I feel spectacular and I am sleeping so well.
  • The Bulletproof Diet has changed/saved my life. Adrenals, Thyroid, Testosterone, Inflammation and MTFHR all issues of mine and the Bulletproof diet has helped me fix all of it.
  • After learning to be bulletproof I’ve lost 75lbs. This book really informs you with all the ins and outs of “bio hacking” yourself to lean out and feel wonderful. Highly recommend for anyone interested in learning how to optimize health.

-There are few people who don’t know about this product though the product is reaching all over the globe very fast and some people are talking negative about this product.

Negative Experiences

  • There are very few acceptable cooking methods which also make this diet challenging.
  • Many ingredients are expensive and have to be ordered online.
  • The book said you will be eating mostly vegetables, but from my point of view, there weren’t enough vegetables included in the two week meal plan and they were mostly cooked.
  • Everything in this book you have read already.
  • Saturated fat seems to be perfectly safe in “normal” amounts, but the doses contained in bulletproof coffee are much higher thn we were ever exposed to throughout evolution. This may be a problem.
  • There have been numerous reports of people having massive increase in cholesterol levels when drinking bulletproof coffee. This includes advanced risk factors like ApoB and LDL particle number.

For all the positive and negetive opinion/view – Life is too short and too precious to waste on telling yourself you are getting healthier while you accidentally do things that sabotage your health and performance.
