I have used his products for over 18 months.. Brain Octane IS NOT ordinary MCT. It is pure C-8. There is no one offering pure C-8 at this time. Bulletproof products are expensive, but they are good quality and they work.
I can feel the difference in my mental energy and attention. I take a lot of medicines that make me feel sluggish and exhausted. This product stimulates my brain and I can feel it working. My wife uses it in her coffee and she loves it.
For years I have added coconut oil to tea for the MCT benefits and flavor. Lately I’ve started having one cup of Bulletproof Coffee each morning with a tablespoon of Brain Octane oil. It has no flavor, seems to help me concentrate, no aftereffects, side effects or heartburn. I would recommend this product and plan to continue my cup of Bulletproof coffee each day.
Stuff works well, but it works just as well as any other MCT oil. Overpriced and is sold in a cheap bottle. Cap doesn’t close all the way. Just spins and leaks when you travel with it.
The design of the bottle is not meant for oil. When applying to a measuring cup or a spoon, it spills a generous amount (at least half a tablespoon worth) onto the side of the bottle and to the kitchen counter, wasting all that precious oil.
